Have you started to feel like you spend more time making appointments to take care of your house than you do making plans with your girlfriends or your buddies or your family?

What about those hobbies and all that sort of stuff?

Having a big house while when you bought it, you had big eyes and you were really excited, comes along with a whole lot of work, but you never really think about that at a time.

Now, I know you love everything and everything is beautiful.

You need your gardeners, your landscapers, service providers, your HVAC for your appliances, your sprinklers, your roof.

Every year, you have to get your gutters cleaned.

So on and so forth.

When you have a big house, you have a lot of responsibility and if you're starting to feel like you're spending most of your time doing that, or if you just had enough, I'm living through it.

If you look outside my house right now, there's a landscaper that's actually here and I'm painting my house.

I paint it every seven years or so.

I think it's really important to keep up the integrity of the woodwork and the paint.

I don't want any leaks.

And I think it's really important to do.

And I'm sure you're the same way and at some point you just like, I don't want to spend all this time or this money.

And at that time, you start to think about selling.

Was I right?

Does this sound like you?
